Join us for an exciting, fun-filled art therapy group where you'll spend three afternoons immersed in art, creativity, and mindfulness! This art therapy group for kids offers three 3-hour group therapy sessions to support participants in exploring who they are, learning skills to calm their mind and connect to their body, and developing the art of slowing down and being present. All of this while being creative, making art, and having fun! Snacks provided.
