Tuesdays 7:00-9:00 pm 2024 - September 24, October 1, October 8, October 15, October 22 Valley Art Therapy - Birtle Office 743 Main Street Group Fee: $375+GST Group Facilitator: Dana Corr (MEd., RCAT, CCC) This 5-session art therapy group for adults will integrate artmaking, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support positive coping and self-care. Through this creative process, you will focus on finding your centre and grounding in yourself, which is a critical component in our mental health and wellness. If you are looking to reduce anxiety, build a strong connection to your Self, and strengthen positive coping skills, this group is for you! No previous art experience is required! This group provides a safe, inclusive space where everyone can be an artist.
