This unique combination of great content, book club discussions, and art therapy offers you an opportunity to integrate your learning to truly find peace within as you establish healthy boundaries. Through creative expression and meaningful dialogue, you'll uncover insights about your boundaries, learn skills to sustain them, and connect with others on a similar journey. Reading the book is optional!
