Art Therapy Groups for Kids & Teens
A creative, supportive space for your child to build calm, connection, and resilience.

Big emotions are a natural part of growing up—but for many kids and teens, they can feel confusing, overwhelming, or just too much.
And as a parent, it’s hard to know how to help.
-
Your child seems anxious or easily overwhelmed
-
They shut down, melt down, or explode over small things
-
They’re sensitive, unsure of themselves, or say “I don’t know” when something’s wrong
You’ve tried talking, reassuring, even giving them space - but nothing really seems to stick.
You’re doing what you can - and it still feels like you’re stuck in the same loop.
That’s why we created these summer groups.
They’re small, supportive spaces where kids and teens can slow down, feel safe, and start to make sense of what’s going on inside.
Through art, movement, mindfulness, and a few simple nervous system tools, we help them build emotional awareness, express themselves, and find steadier ways to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.
Over time, you might start to notice small shifts:
-
More calm - even in situations that used to feel overwhelming
-
Greater ability to move through big feelings
-
Quicker recovery from tough moments
-
More confidence navigating everyday challenges
Those small changes? That’s real growth.
If you're wondering whether this could be helpful for your child? Have questions?
We’re here to talk it through.
