An Art Therapy Circle for Women
Grief can feel isolating — but healing doesn’t have to happen alone. Connecting After Loss invites women to slow down, create, and connect in a peaceful environment where art becomes a bridge between emotion and expression. Through gentle artmaking and reflection, participants are encouraged to explore their inner world, find comfort in shared creativity, and draw strength from community.
This small, trauma-informed group offers opportunities to process grief in a way that feels safe, supported, and deeply human. Together, we’ll create space for meaning-making and gentle reconnection — one brushstroke at a time.

What to Expect
A 4-session bi-weekly art therapy group offering space for women who have lost a partner to gently reconnect with themselves and others through creativity, mindfulness, and shared understanding. Each gathering blends calming art-making, reflection, and conversation in a supportive, relaxed environment. No art experience is needed — just a willingness to explore and create.
We will:
-
Provide a safe, compassionate space to connect with others who understand the experience of loss
-
Support emotional expression and nervous system regulation through art and mindfulness
-
Foster grounding, connection, and a renewed sense of hope for the future
